Position Overview: The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, automation, and the implementation of e-learning projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Process Improvement:

  • Analyze and enhance existing HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.

  • Where possible initiate HR system automations and provide a streamlined HR experience for all new recruits 

Onboarding/Offboarding:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

  • Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.

HR Systems Automation:

  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, reducing manual tasks and improving data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain HR software solutions.

E-Learning Implementation:

  • Lead the development and deployment of e-learning initiatives to support employee development.

  • Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and accessible to all employees.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the offerwall industry.

  • Work closing with external and internal recruitment stakeholders and ensure process efficiency 

  • Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.

  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.

  • Conduct regular market analyses to inform compensation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in process improvement and HR systems automation.

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and implementation strategies.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
