Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSS- Account Manager to join our team at Tyr Rewards. As a User Acquisition Specialist in the gaming sector, you will play a crucial role in driving user growth, engagement, and retention for Tyr Rewards. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality users within the gaming community, collaborating with mobile gaming partners to enhance our platform's visibility, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.


About the Role
We are seeking a CSS- Account Manager in the Gaming industry who will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our gaming clients and ensure they have a positive experience with the company's service. This position involves engaging with customers through various channels and to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide support and would require a person to learn and operate on various different platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to improve user acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with mobile gaming partners to identify and implement user acquisition opportunities within their platforms.
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the gaming and rewards sector.
  • Foster strong relationships with gaming communities, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to improve user acquisition efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in user acquisition within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming platforms and trends.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CPE and Offerwalls is a must. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
