About the Role:
TyrRewards is actively seeking an experienced BD-Monetization Manager/ Publisher Sales to join our expanding Ad Monetization team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and leading programs to drive the company's revenue, operating, analyzing, and monitoring advertising campaigns within our diverse portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute significantly to the development and execution of TyrRewards' digital advertising business strategy, encompassing strategic and tactical pricing frameworks, inventory management strategies, and channel strategies.
2. Conduct full-cycle sales outreach, from initial contact to negotiation, closing deals, and managing upsell opportunities.
3. Lead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of decision tools to increase output from targeted campaigns and ad network demand.
4. Author and manage pricing for various demand sources within TyrRewards digital advertising business.
5. Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to expand our client base in the game sector.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the app monetization or gaming industry.
2. Exceptional analytic skills with the ability to operate creatively and independently.
3. Strong networking skills, with existing connections in the app monetization or gaming sectors; successful candidates will demonstrate a track record working with Executive, Product, Sales, and Operations functions to deliver quantifiable results through yield optimization and revenue management tools and programs.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team
7. Fluency in both Chinese and English.
