Role Summary:
The Account Executive (AE) will support the CSS team by managing setup processes on our internal agency platform, including campaign creation, adjustments, and publisher settings. Additionally, the AE will handle follow-up communication with publishers, ensuring prompt feedback and streamlining campaign management workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Platform Management
- Execute processes on the agency platform for campaign creation, adjustments, and publisher-specific settings.
- Regularly monitor and update campaign statuses and configurations as needed to meet client requirements.
- Publisher Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for publisher feedback, addressing campaign launch and adjustment needs.
- Maintain timely communication with publishers to minimize delays and ensure smooth campaign launches.
- Client Collaboration
- Work closely with the CSS team to ensure client objectives are met through efficient campaign management.
- Understand client-specific requirements and coordinate with CSS to provide tailored solutions.
- Reporting and Insights
- Maintain accurate records of platform activities, campaign updates, and publisher interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the CSS team on campaign status and potential issues, suggesting improvements where applicable.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in account management, customer service, or similar roles, preferably in digital advertising or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with campaign management tools and platform-based processes; experience in a digital agency setting is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with publishers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a proactive approach in addressing publisher and campaign needs.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Asian languages (especially Mandarin or Korean) is highly advantageous.
