Role Overview
The HR Coordinator / HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations at TyrAds. This position acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensures smooth execution of administrative, recruitment, and employee engagement processes.
You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to maintain accurate employee data, streamline HR workflows, and enhance the overall employee experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, data management, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems (Freshteams or HiBob).
- Draft and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, internal memos, and HR reports.
- Assist with payroll preparation by verifying and updating employee changes, including new hires, exits, and compensation updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, work anniversaries, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the maintenance and updating of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance.
- Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.) and provide insights to the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Recruiter on various HR and people-related projects.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (HiBob preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, global setup.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
