Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications to enhance user satisfaction.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs iteratively.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, including user flows and prototypes.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the gaming or rewarded platforms industry.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.
- Understanding of front-end development workflows.
