Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Incent Monetization Manager to join our team. As an Incent Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our incentive-based ad campaigns to maximize revenue and user engagement. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to design and implement innovative monetization solutions that meet the needs of our clients and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute strategies to optimize our incentive-based ad campaigns to maximize revenue and user engagement.
2) Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design and implement innovative monetization solutions that meet the needs of our clients and deliver exceptional results.
3) Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4) Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaign settings as needed to ensure maximum performance and profitability.
5) Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase user engagement.
6) Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our monetization strategies and processes.
8) Utilize good communication skills and have current/active connections to his/her offer wall clients to ensure successful campaign implementation.
9) Daily communication with TyrAds offer wall partners.
10) Analyze ad campaign results and derive learnings and actionable insights for our business partners
11) Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign management and find creative solutions to complex problems
12) Use various channels to communicate with Tyrads offerwall partners and discuss campaign results and opportunities to grow the mutual activity.
13) Work within a team of Customer Success Managers to take on special projects for important initiatives including inventory management, testing, forecasting, and achieving team goal.
14) Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budget.
Skills & Experience Required:
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:
1) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2) At least 2-4 years of experience in incentive-based ad monetization and experience in Offerwall/Rewarded Promotion to handle this type of business promotion effectively.
3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6) Basic knowledge with attributing platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust and other MMP's
7) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
