Job Description:

As a Marketing/ Event Manager at TyrRewards, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and promoting our brand through social media, advertising, and event management. This multifaceted position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage social media platforms, plan and execute events, and oversee online advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaigns and a positive online community presence while staying informed about industry trends to keep TyrAds at the forefront of our industry.


Responsibilities: 

1) Social Media Management:

a) Create and curate engaging content for Tyrrewards/TyrAds' social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as relevant.

b) Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with company goals and marketing campaigns.

c) Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback, and respond promptly to comments and messages.

d) Analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

e) Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure TyrAds maintains a strong online presence.


2) Advertisement Management:

a) Create and optimize online advertisements across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

b) Set advertising budgets, monitor ad performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

c) Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and effective ad creatives.

d) Conduct A/B testing on ad campaigns to refine targeting and messaging.

e) Generate reports on advertising campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.


3) Content Creation and Copywriting:

a) Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, event promotions, and other marketing materials.

b) Develop visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement marketing efforts.

c) Ensure all content aligns with our branding guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.


4) Community Engagement:

a) Foster a positive and engaged online community around our brand by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.

b) Encourage user-generated content and engagement through contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns.


5) Reporting and Analysis:

a) Regularly report on the performance of social media campaigns, events, and advertisements using analytics tools.

b) Identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to inform future strategies.

c) Can report the impact of marketing activities, or optimizations to management


6) Stay Informed:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing innovations to keep TyrAds at the forefront of the industry.


Skills & Experience Required:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2) 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy and management.

3) Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media marketing campaigns and events across various platforms.

4) Strong leadership and team management skills.

5) Proficiency in social media advertising tools and platforms.

6) Excellent communication and client management skills.

7) Analytical mindset with the ability to translate social media data into actionable insights.

8) Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends.

9) Must know Mandarin.
