Job Summary
As a Lead Developer at Tyr Rewards, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our Flutter-based mobile applications, Next.js (React) web platform, and AWS-powered backend systems. You will lead a team of skilled developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our users' needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Flutter front-end for iOS and Android platforms.
Manage and develop the AWS-based backend systems.
Manage and develop the web platform using Next.js (React).
Lead and mentor a team of front-end and backend developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to ensure seamless product development.
Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile and backend development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing and developing Flutter-based mobile applications.
Proven experience in developing web platforms with Next.js (React).
Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Strong understanding of tracking systems like Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase for mobile and Google analytics for web.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.
