Job Description: Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled API/SDK Integration Specialist to join us urgently. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations for advertisers and publishers through our SDK and API platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and troubleshoot API integrations for new advertisers and publishers.
- Support and resolve technical issues related to SDK integrations for publishers.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance integration efficiency.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve solutions and support services.
- Strong programming skills and a good understanding of relevant technologies.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, writing, and communicating effectively).
Must-Have Tech Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, with experience in SDK development.
- Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving API and SDK integration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and DNS.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the ad tech industry.
- Background in gaming.
