What You’ll Do
As a QA Engineer focused on our TyrRewards platform, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our product, old and new features, events data, APIs, and frontend experiences are working exactly as expected, across all stakeholders from product, design, engineering, and data.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and execute manual test plans for web & mobile features, dashboards, and backend APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate tracking logic (e.g. conversions, postbacks, calculations, etc.) across different platforms.
  • Write optimised SQL queries and use analytics tools to cross-check business logic and tracking data.
  • Track, log, and follow up on issues using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolutions.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering on cross-platform (web & mobile) products.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, event tracking, and API testing.
  • Experience using tools like Postman, SQL, and issue trackers like Jira.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ask smart questions when things look off.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and data.
  • Experience in mobile SDK and mobile App testing.
  • Experience in defining, setting up, maintaining and monitoring simple automated testing processes
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with event tracking tools like WebEngage, Amplitud, GA, Appsflyer, or GTM.
  • Experience in performance marketing, adtech, or affiliate products.
  • Experience in data dashboards and data validations.
