As the Web to App Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition from web platforms to our mobile app. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and scale app downloads, all while enhancing the user experience and maximizing retention. Your success will be measured by the volume of quality app installs and user engagement.
Develop Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement data-driven user acquisition strategies aimed at transitioning users from web platforms to the Tyr Rewards mobile app.
Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, display ads, content marketing, and influencers to drive app installs and user engagement.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously run tests to improve campaign effectiveness, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure the highest possible return on investment (ROI) for app acquisition efforts.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, assess user behavior, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and creative teams to align acquisition strategies with product updates, messaging, and promotions.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and new platforms to ensure Tyr Rewards stays at the forefront of web-to-app acquisition.
Proven experience in mobile app user acquisition, especially in web-to-app transition strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid search, programmatic, and influencer marketing.
Experience with app install campaigns and working with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other mobile ad networks.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, or other mobile app measurement platforms.
Strong understanding of A/B testing and optimizing user funnels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic adjustments.
Experience in gaming or entertainment-related user acquisition.
Familiarity with incentivized app install strategies, particularly in the gaming space.
Knowledge of mobile user retention and engagement strategies.
